Looking for tips for a long flight

Tips/Suggestions

So I have a 9 hour flight coming up..

I'm a nervous flyer. I know it's safe etc etc it's more sensory for me. I hate the lurching feeling in your tummy when you take off / when there's turbulence and I have a few issues around germs / being around people. This is all mostly managed however when I get tired & my meds wear off I tend to feel everything a bit more and I get a bit antsy & my legs get super restless

What are your best ADHD friendly travelling tips to keep comfy and not get overstimulated (particularly if you can't sleep on planes!)

It's my honeymoon so I'd really rather not arrive a little ball of stress if possible 🤣

Thank you!!
