Day drinking…

On top of heavy evening drinking that I found out about within the last two weeks, I just found out that he is day drinking - like 8:30 in the morning drinking. When I noticed a beer missing from the fridge, my heart rate skyrocketed and I just about had a panic attack. I confronted him crying my eyes out and he admitted to it but had nothing else to say. I feel like sick to my stomach, like I’ve been punched in the gut. I always imagined this is how I would feel if I was cheated on - that’s how bad this feels. I feel betrayed by him.
