16M with Phimosis. Need guidance and help

Hey guys, I'm 16M, and I have phimosis I got to know about it when I was 14. I can stretch my foreskin about half of my penis head and It doesn't hurt. I guess it is stage 2 phimosis. I'm looking for guidance on fixing it without surgery and with only stretching exercises. I don't want to tell my parents about it. Please help
