Why is Yoshimitsus AI so shit at Ultra Hard?

Im new at Tekken, just reached Garyu and figured Id practice more and this time I want to practice against the character I already use, Yoshimitsu.

Ive played many different characters and ofc, everyone at Ultra Hard isnt really ”ultra hard” but man, Yoshimitsus AI does the most stupidest and random things.

Is it because he is a tactical character?
