Weird question: Move to Ireland and convince company to relocate me abroad?

Heya,

So I'll be doing my masters in Ireland this year. I understand I'll be eligible to get a 1G stamp after my graduation.

This means I don't need to be sponsored by any company for at least a year (or two). However, I also don't intend on staying in ireland. Don't get me wrong, Ireland is beautiful but I can't deal with the living costs.

Anyway, I'm from Dubai and my goal is to get into a company in Ireland with a branch in Dubai and then work for them in Ireland for a year and convince them to relocate me to their branch office in Dubai. They don't have to sponsor my visa or relocation!

Is this solution viable? This way the company doesn't have to sponsor my visa at all! And it's a win-win as long as I find the right org.
