Oblivion List

Are there any lists available for Oblivion that include more than just like vanilla+ stuff or graphics overhauls? I've always had terrible luck modding Oblivion but I've got such an urge to replay it with more content and stuff but none of the lists I've seen really hit what I'm looking for.
