Yes but please from kleinanzeigen.de or similar. Some laptops suggested here are much more expensive on the german second hand market.

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?
I need good performance and battery life the most since it will be my main laptop for uni and because I will use this laptop throughout the next 3 years. So it should last me a whole day for writing and browsing

How important is weight and thinness to you?
Doesn't matter if it does the job but should be comfortable to carry to uni

Mostly for R studio, browsing, editing in lightroom/pho toshop and occasional gaming

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?
I don't want to play very demanding games, but will probably play games like fortnite, Deep Rock and want good performance. Most probably I will play games like Subnautica, Minecraft

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

I have a dedicated gaming pc at home so it doesn’t have to be the best but if I could occasionally play a round of fortnite while away from home it would be nice to play with at least 1080p, medium or better graphics at a stable 60+ fps.

Someone told me to at least have 16gb ram and 512 or better 1tb ssd.
