Month 3 cystic breakouts

I am day 104, I didn’t have a breakout for around 3 weeks, however the last couple of weeks I have had under the skin cystic acne appear again, it is very frustrating as I thought my skin was only going to get better from here on . Should I be worried or is it normal ?
