Jobs with Kinesiology Degree

Hi, I originally wanted to go on the Physical Therapy path but after they changed it to Doctorate, I have been told it is not worth the Debt-Pay Ratio. I currently work in the physical rehab for athletes, also have a cert in ex. Physiology but I am honestly just bored and want to do more. I looked into Surgical Tech, accelerated BSN etc. I like ortho and cardiovascular but do not think I would commit to medical school and am looking for more of a 2 year program or certs I can get. Any advice?
