UK Law of England - Falsely alleged of ABH and Criminal Damage and looks like Non-fatal strangulation and suffocation in the crime report?

As above my ex has made false allegations of the above offences in March last year. This has been with the CPS since Jan and still ongoing as police have said it’s be back and fourth with action plans

I’ve appointed my own pre-charge criminal solicitors. I have no criminal record.

From the get go the police have made mistakes stating the allegations were dropped 6 months in and said my mobile was just being looked at by forensics and then I find out it’s with CPS

What is likely to happen? I’ve had mental health issues caused by of all this due to my innocence

Any advice from similar situations would be appreciated.
