Truck running different now

Hey guys, I just did my first own oil change on 2022 at 25k (dealer did 10k and 20k). After oil change engine feels smoother but makes a droning sound between high rpm 5th and low rpm 6th. Didn’t notice this before, has anyone had a similar experience?

I used 0w20 penzoil api & dexos approved.
