marijuana smoke and smell

i live in a US state where weed is legal. my neighbors which are connected to me smoke it all day every day, and the smoke and smell invade my home. i asked them if they could do it outside or on their screened porch three times. they said they would but still have not.

i had my lawyer send a letter and they stopped for three months, but now they have started again. i just sent the landlord a letter asking him to please intervene or id be filing in superior court.

i am currently on increased asthma medication and ssri’s bc of the situation. i also cannot use entire rooms of my home bc they are blocked off to try to temper the smoke and smell. i have many people that can attest to the smell and smoke (at least 7) and coworkers that can attest to how much it is effecting me at work.

i live in a townhome and i own and they rent. i am wondering if anyone has advice or ideas.
