        My name is Joseph Anthony Segura , father of one little boy named Alexander F Toney-Segura both reside in Albuquerqu 08/12/2024     2814 moya rd Albuquerque n.m. 87104 e , n.m. 87104 . My son was kidnapped by a woman by the name of Ashley Ray who impersonated a sheriff in Santa Fe , New Mexico on September , 15  . 2022 .  Plain and simple I have left a paper trail for the last 9 years because malicious Acts were being committed against my son and I sold all this will be easily proven . All the details of gang stalking/satanic , pedophile ritual abuse , including kidnapping ,  attempted murder , physical stalking , cyberstalking , invasion of privacy , insurance fraud , government corruption , organized crime , and murder . 
The day my son was took September 15th of 2022 a paranormal event occurred labeled the blue laser light project and immediately a native man from the Native Pueblo , and the woman by the name of Ashley Ray , immediately located my son and I end abducted my little boy in the parking lot of the sheriff's department in Santa Fe New Mexico located on justicio . Look clean and simple with all this above stated I'm sure the district attorney will come up with another 30 charges on top exposing several individuals connected with the law enforcement here in New Mexico and all different branches and a whole bunch of scumbags that hold other government jobs here also but put on a fee costume every day to work and act like they're civilized citizens . 
     First off it's quite obvious there's a large sum of monies involved here I could verify 100%, it's in the multimillions due to the fact that one of the main women behind this brought me for a multi-million dollar lawsuit that I had on New Mexico that I won , including a life insurance money from disability and insurance fraud from someone being an executor and not speaking with the beneficiary and doing their job correctly to pay out dues tampering with evidence falsifying Federal documents and state documents and forgery .  These individuals have some individuals that have a lot of money that have been able to corrupt and bribe and intimidate these individuals that are supposed to serve and protect here I've left a paper trail to document how the law here has not done anything and has allowed this to take place for all these years . A few of these individuals or should I say all of them have been involved with breaking entering invasion of privacy and poisoning and altering ones environment and mental health by pumping a deadly gas or toxin into their homes putting them to sleep some of them passing away and being that it's a deadly gas or toxin the doctors don't look for it because it's not requested by the deceased they've stole and switched out everything out of my vehicles they've stole paperwork of All sorts legal very important most importantly and worst of all they have pumped a drug that is a psychedelic drug that comes from Guatemala named DMT in corruption and hopes of making false accusations that I the victim and his son were mentally retarded / going crazy because we are hearing voices plain and simple a scientist that will not be bribed and could be trusted can easily verify this accusation which is very serious for someone to not have acknowledged me or give permission to another human being and have their state of mind altered with there was multi-million dollars robbed and there will be multi-million dollars in able to receive after all the civil suits . 
 The local police here have been protecting and allowing these individuals to abuse and to spread and to recruit several mentally ill challenged individuals they have a software on the phone that is 100% illegal only to be used on suspected terrorist or anti-terrorist only by a legitimate FBI agent who is still in service and has court orders to do it . They have altered and discriminated mine and my son's life and robbed us for everything down to the last piece of soul toilet paper are home they would put crystal meth in his body wash they would rub it all over the walls I've recorded these individuals doing this.  . The most I got from the local police is verification that the lapel camera was on and reporting every incident of them deny me my right and telling me to shut the f****** and don't tell the FBI the attorney general . The situation that happened September 15th which is the same morning my son was abducted is labeled the blue laser light project it was a success first off my son and I have got raped for over a year and a half by some paranormal entities that will be easily verified either now or a little later this is very important that's the reason why these individuals here keeping everything secret and abusing their power and credentials with the law enforcement and the justice system hence the rumors about Mafia having brain reading technology it's this woman by the name of Ashley Ray who works for Crisis intervention Albuquerque Police department and a woman by the name of Beverly Gutierrez who is retired from the justice system here . My son and I were the ones that opened up a portal we were the ones getting poisoned for over 8 years and having individuals breaking into break all of his devices called holes in his clothes and Rob was blindly after they put us to sleep with the deadly gas or toxin law enforcement is acting Mafia and threatening they pulled out guns on me every time they pulled up every time I try to report them for their customized software and every time I try to contact the FBI I can't get no help here they're physically stalking me and they show up to wherever I go and they'll pay him money or falsify information you save me individuals are breaking and entering into your average citizens home and using illegal technology to spy and eavesdrop and view an alter everyone's lives by altering their paperwork and abusing their credentials and the technology money was received for the situation that occurred they will double the blue laser light project that was supposed to go to me and my son obviously not I'm told they made a deal with the satanic pedophile cult , and have been allowing individuals to rape my son . The paranormal situation I speak of I took over 30,000 images and recordings of media that'll be easily verified in violation of privacy for plagiarism the same individuals behind this have stolen multiple several thousands . There's not one thing that they lacked on they stole every valuable and switched out every car part altered with the VIN numbers and they are altering a lot of individuals system logs on their computer systems at many large corporations and organizations these are the individuals that are behind the data breaches for T-Mobile and for Presbyterian and for all the other data breaches and hackings . They're practicing black magic and using me and my son as the two to practice on and showing off in front of some of the richest families around down to individuals who stay under the bridge who they pay to do things to other people that don't make them happy . These are some sorry piece of s*** to abusing their credentials with the government and law enforcement and getting away with murder and kidnap tampering with evidence and intimidation of witness I can't get no help please help me if any passes message on to the wealthiest lawyers there in Texas I reach out to you there in Texas because me and my son had to go to fort Worth Texas in order to get on our feet and went through the justice system there with the blood test to prove you as my son and the court system and everything else to protect my rights as a father which Albuquerque New Mexico has stomped all over on and haven't acknowledged and actually enabled organized crime and government corruption and that these individuals get paid off with the abuse and the mental language and all the losses from here and there . Please try to locate me if I'm not around my dad's address I'll either be in jail or dead or the hospital these individuals are willing to do anything they can to get away with what they've done if anybody contacts you with credentials and their time you don't listen to what I say they have plenty of videos and recordings of things they've altered and falsified and it's evidence of how they break the insurance set up illegal recording devices make sure you get whoever is going to try to contact you their full identification and make sure it's legit and keep it documented because they're one of their team players also me and my son need a saving and whatever money was worth them doing this to me and my son that they have to split amongst 30 or 40 or maybe even a hundred individuals will come back to my son and I and to your law firm it'll be so much greater and bigger just to get our lives back on track and for this to benefit you guys financially and get the recognition thank you for any consideration you may give us we need a hero not a zero .
