Razork is the second best player in EU

So, i've been watching the LEC all season long, and i have come to conclusion that Razork is the second best player out of EU. Lets start off with the fact that Caps is the goat of the LEC, no dount about it. But i feel like this year that Razork has been FNC's best player, and the best Jungler in EU. I feel like the fact that Razork is super comfortable with playing both carries (as we saw with nidalee and some viego through the year) as well as playing tanks and more supporting junglers (think Ivern Sej and some Xin), something that some junglers cant do really well. In countless games Razork set up his teammates Humanoid and Noah to have success, with some really precise dives, counterjungling and objective control, not to mention he is one of the best smiters in the region. Would love to hear your guys's opinion.
