Too big?

So I wanna start off saying, it’s not too big for all women, and I don’t wanna feel like a douche, but recently the past couple women I’ve slept with have been very intimidated by the size of it and idk how to make them feel comfortable with it, cause it’s just me, I can’t help it. And I would like to get my nut off… head doesn’t really work out all the time, and I try to make them cum before I even stick it in. This problem is particularly with smaller women. Some that are taller etc. haven’t really complained, they’ve said it’s big, whatever, but it hasn’t been an issue.
