Do I have malware? Please help extremely urgent.

About 2 years ago I downloaded something related to subway surfers through panda helper and I’m very concerned now that is was malware.

Battery has been pretty sucky but I have an iPhone 12 and I’ve heard that they have really bad battery life.

This is important in regards to battery and other indications of malware. I used to spend very long majorities of my day on FaceTime while having my phone charging at the same time and screen sharing often so my phone would get very hot but not really when I was just doing normal things on my phone.

Data usage wasn’t to bad I don’t think I never really got it checked out until recently and it said it was like 500 megabytes maybe gigabytes but I don’t think it was.

My phone wasn’t ever too slow unless I was on FaceTime and charging my phone but I never thought to much about it when Just doing normal things but I’m gonna go from my best memory and say it wasn’t ever too crazy slow and apps never crashed.
