Am I getting toyed with?

This is such a bizarre situation. Girl I’ve been dating for 2 months went cold and wishy washy. Basically left the ball in her court and said “Hey enjoy our time together but can’t get a read on everything and it’s been difficult to schedule. Let me know if you’d like to meet up again”

She responded with “Sorry I know I haven’t been the best communicator and I don’t mean to be hard to read. Let’s find a day next week when you’re back in town :)”

This was a couple days ago and I just messaged her this AM asking her how her weekend was and what her schedule is like. Been on delivered since lol. Is she just messing with me? Think I’m ready to move on tbh
