Talaria brake pads

Just got new brake pads for my talaria x3 and they wont fit so i took off the front wheel and tried to put em on they went on but were squeezing together tight and wouldnt allow to brake disc to fit inbetween them then i thought the caliper was a way to loosen it to fit it and took the bolt off and bled the brakes accidentally need help ik how to put new fluid but j can get the new brakepads to fit theyre the exact size i need but wont fit the last ones inly fit cuz they were wore down all the way and im so confused rn and theres no shops near me that work on talaria only surron
