Is this Rockstar Gameboy Advance Sp Real

I came across this Gameboy Advance SP and upon some research it seems to possibly be a rare special edition. All the other ones online I can find pictures of are European consoles but this one appears to be Japanese. Does anyone know how to verify if this one is legit?
