Transitioning military looking for work in Des Moines area

Going to be transitioning from active duty military to civilian November of 2024. Looking for work in Des Moines area. I have 8 years of experience in EMS but I’m looking for anything to transition myself plus wife and daughter to Des Moines because we love the area. Preferably looking for manual labor that pays decent since I do not have experience in much else other than EMS. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to look for employment in Des Moines?
