PLS HELP

Hello! Is it possible na yung stool exam is maraming pus cell (10-15/hpf) pero nps pa rin? or confirm na positive for entamoeba na po siya?

PS. I know the morphological difference sa wbc and entamoeba but still ma confuse pa rin pag viewing under the microscope na help 😭
