How to improve after Google certification?

I just finished google certificate in UX (no previous experience in the industry), understood basic principles and that I’m green and raw and need now much more practice.

If any of you are generous to share some path, resources- how do I get more practice for now to polish my skills - I would be tremendously grateful!!

Should I do random projects of my choice and try to get feedback online?

Or are there any groups for people like me who get some tasks and then get feedback? I know there are bootcamps but as a full time employee I’m looking for something self paced if it’s possible - like Google certificate but further steps, more practice etc..

Are there any proven mentorship programs which you would recommend?
