Career Paths with CMOS

Jobs/Careers

I will be a senior electrical engineering student next semester. I did an internship about fabrication process of MOSFETs. I got interested in this topic and I tried to learn more. After doing some research I came across with something called CMOS Technology. I studied it and understood basics like latches, registers, gates, inverters and transmission gates. However, I couldn't move on because I did not know where I was going to.

There were a lot of things going on in this industry and I couldn't understand what should I learn or do. FPGA, VHDL, Systemverilog, Cadance virtuso etc.

I don't want to be sitting in computer all day and designing some stuff in programs. I like the idea of CMOS Technology but I also love analog circuits. I love power electronics, Control systems and signal processing. I guess some defense industry corporations would need these technologies in control systems idk.

I have a website were I post the stuff I make and etc. You can see those projects don't really have a connection between them. What would you suggest me to follow ?
