Setting PBO to "Enabled" instead of "Auto" with no further tweaking? (7800X3D)

Wondering if this is a good move, if it will do anything, and if it's recommended? I don't want to get into the actual tweaking of it, but between Auto (default) and Enabled I'd like to set something beneficial.
