Can I call him a abuser even if the cousin and I only 4 years apart?
I had no idea, but I realized they're calling it COCSA. First of all, my older cousin assaulted me every time, and I had no choice but to get rid of all his attacks. My mother and aunt knew about the attacks.
At first, he throw everything to me. I was always nervous because the corners of things could hit me. He used other martial arts techniques on me. Also he stabbed me in the back of my hand with a sharp point and it was bleeding. He even choked me. My face turned red and sweaty. Another cousin who was younger than me was similarly attacked by him. So I could never resist. He had to abuse only me. The other have to be safe.
He eventually began to SA me. The first SA was just disgraceful, but from my memory, his tricks became rough from the second. He forced me into the corner of the room and grabbed and rubbbed private parts.
The third SA I remember was horrible. I was around 11 years and then my cousin was 15. He ran over me as I was lying in the room with the lights out. I tried to scream. But he kicked the vital point with his knees several times. He put his hand under my clothes just before I fainted. After everything's done, he ruthlessly beat me back and threatened me and said turn on the light in the room. I dragged my lower body. It was hard to get up. I turned on the light and ran to the bathroom.
I think this SA has made my PTSD symptoms worse. But I just thought of it as a single SA, not sexual abuse. I think that my therapist is never incompetent. In many ways she has been helpful to me. But she don't agree with this should be called sexual abuse.
She said that the cousin would no longer touch the child. Because he became adults. She said she felt like I was treating the cousin as too much of a terrible person. It seems that my fear gonna excessive. On the other hand, I was so upset. So I was surprised to know that the word COCSA exists.
Am I sensitive? I don't think so. How did he do that to his young sister? Couldn't he really be an abuser because he was young?
