Constantly adjusting volume?

Just started watching this anime a couple days ago. At the beinning of seaso 2. It is definitely better than expected.

My only complaint is with how quiet Mobs voice is.. it normally probably wouldn't bother me, but I am constantly adjusting my volume with this show. Everytime mob speaks I have to turn the volume up. Just as often I have to turn the volume down due to someone talking a lot louder, or when all the sound effects start going off.

I can't be the only person with this issue right? There just is no 1 level I can keep the show at within any given episode. I am loving the story line and the fights so far, and will finish the anime, just wondering If this is normal.
