Insurance for artwork

Looking to start my own pack and ship business using pirateship to make labels. Only concern is I will be packing and shipping high value items all the time whether it be from 200$ to 4000$. Has anyone had any horrible experiences with claims on pirateship for high value items? I will have a invoice for everysingle item I ship but wanted to hear others experiences.
