Why does Google Assistant reminder change if number in title

I like to set a reminder an hour ahead of an actual event.

Me: "Set reminder for tomorrow at 8 a.m."

Google Assistant: "What is the title of the reminder?"

Me: "Dentist at 9".

Google Assistant: "Reminder Dentist set for 9 p.m."

Me: "ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGH!"

This is a BUG and has been for years.
