Student Loans with Bad Credit

Hey, so i'm 25 years old. I maxxed out my federal loans for the school year (this is my last year of undergrad). And i'm leftover with 5,500. Putting it on a credit card isn't an option. My credit is bad because my credit utilization ratio is not good after I placed some of my tuition last year on a credit card. I'm gonna speak with financial aid because my financial aid package didn't include any funding from TAP and my pell grant was essentially halved, even though my financial status hasn't changed. ANYWAYYY, my question is: if i speak with financial aid and there is nothing that they can do, what are some private lenders that will lend to you with poor credit and no cosigner?
