I feel so embarrassed when sweating while nude

I know we are still in summer and it's very hot here, but I can't stop feeling awkward when I start sweating around my gentilia, underarms and breasts

It feels far more uncomfortable than while being dressed, and already received negative comments from family members

Is it bcz of anxiety? My mom said that excessive sweat might indicate other underlying medical conditions, so I will be making sure to get a doctor appointment soon

Anyone else struggles with excessive sweating? How do you manage it?
