I hate that I make effort to understand other's personality types but they often don't even try

I've been trying to open up more, asking people their interests and all that but some people they don't put much effort at all to respond.

Hmm I wonder if the right strategy for INTJ to make friends is to just stick with those who appreciate our effort to know them better?
