Source charge sign determines electrical potential?
Basically the statement is that if there is a positive source charge and a negative test charge at two points at different distances from the source charge (point A is closer and point B is further away), the electrical potential at B is lower than at A. It references the reason for this being that the source charge is positive. I don't understand why, can someone explain please?
