DBD triggering diarrhea help

This isn’t spam or a joke but genuinely serious.

I’ve been battling bouts of diarrhea recently and I realize it always triggers when I play this game. Is it the adrenaline? The anxiety? The stress? Idk but I’m asking to see if anyone has a similar experience.

I stopped playing for a few days and it went away.
