Advice on Repair

I have an old 1991 Ford F150 XLT Lariat. It started leaking coolant under the passenger side dashboard and under the engine near that area. What is the possible issues and how easy is it to repair myself? Or what coolant leak bottles are good or not at all. And would a mechanic be the best option. There are a few more issues too. But this is the biggest issue
