Portable Body Lights?

What portable body lights do you guys like best? I’m doing a memorial night parade with my skeleton band (that’s a whole other story) in about a month. I have a white tulle skirt I like already, but looking for top, head, or arm accessories. If it helps I’ll be playing a wooden xylophone during the night parade 💀 P.S. I’m on a budget, so nothing $$
