Knee Surgery, Bpc-157 source?

Just had knee surgery. Acl reconstruction, meniscus repair, Lateral Extra Articulal Tenodesis. Two grafts where taken one from my Quad tendon and the second from my IT band. I need a good source and protocol. If someone could message me that would be a great help.
