Account Type C or O meaning?

I downloaded my Roth account statement for July. Under Portfolio Summary it lists what I have in it. I have some TQQQ in there. For some reason, it is listed twice. One listing shows 71 shares. The other shows .89447. The larger one says Account Type O, and the smaller says account type C. The larger shows Estimated Yield as 1.25% and the smaller says 1.63%.

Anyone know why this would be? None of my other holdings are split like this, and they are all account type C. Also what do the C and O mean?
