Pursue your kids and people under your care

This is a note to myself:

Fathers, pursue your kids. Reach out and spend time with them. They long for your love and passion for their lives.

Spiritual Leaders, pursue people under your care. Pray for them, let them know they matter to you. Fill your schedule with coffee and lunch meetups.

Don’t wait for people to come to you. Even if people are, there are many who want you to seek them.
