I purchased a watch in another country and had it sized, but think I need another link removed. Will an Omega boutique or AD do this for free?

The AD I purchased the watch from said a loose fit is better for metal, especially during the summer, but I prefer a tight fit. I tried the loose fit for about a week but don't think I'm a fan of it. The watch is able to move over the ulna (wrist bone thing), which I don't like. I prefer my watches to stay snug above the ulna.

Would an Omega boutique or AD be able to remove a link for free? How do you normally wear your steel watches? Do you prefer a snug fit or a loose fit where your watch can move up and down your wrist by an inch or so?
