Slow PCIe devices, help me pick a new motherboard

Hello everyone,
I want to upgrade my processor from a R5 3600 to a R7 5700X3D. I then realized, when i was checking compatibility and PCIe lanes, that i don't understand them very much and that my PCIe devices are running slower than they should be. Please, help me pick out a motherboard that won't compromise the speeds of the PCIe devices.

I currently have:
An RTX 3070ti [Supports PCIe 4.0 16x but is running at 3.0 8x]
An NVMe drive [Supports PCIe x4 16.0 but is only running at x4 8.0]
A second NVMe [Supports PCIe x4 8.0 and is running at said speed]
And a ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING motherboard which seems to not be able to handle these devices.

I attached some screenshots of the software readouts.

I need an AM4 MBU that can support all of these things, if anyone knows more about this than me, please tell me your suggestions or help me understand lanes so I can pick it out myself.
