Piur Select?

I would appreciate some information from you fine folks who have dealt with Piur selects. Anyone know how long it takes Piur to ship orders? I placed an order last Tuesday (8/6) and it remains as pending.

I responded to an email on Friday from them asking to verify my identity by sending a picture of my drivers license(which I found strange) and asked them when my products would ship. So far they have yet to respond back to me. I have no problem with waiting it’s just the lack of transparency or information about when they plan to send my order that’s a big turn off. As a first time customer, this experience has been a turn off honestly. If anyone has any information they can share with me to ease my mind that would be great. Thanks, everyone!
