Help please

I bought a polo on the 7th and the seller still has not shipped. The sale was due to cancel tomorrow but I’ve just checked and the seller has been given an extra week to ship the shirt? (Till 20th august)I messaged 3 days after the sale asking if they could ship soon and was left on received while the seller was active. Yesterday I messaged 6 days after sale asking what’s going on but was left on read. Seems very odd as the seller has over 700 5 star reviews and previously had very good replies. Any help or thoughts are appreciated!
