How to actually test the prod version of a renewable subscription?

I have this serious problem where StoreKit works perfectly find in returning my Product subscriptions locally and on a TestFlight app, but it returns an empty array in the production version of my app. When I submit the app for review, nothing loads for the reviewers. Every documentation is concerned with testing locally or development testing. How the heck do I actually debug it working in prod? Losing my mind here.
