My parents are making my ed worse

SpoilerTW: Numbers

Just to clarify, I love my parents. They both struggle with eating and body image in their own ways. My mum is overweight and eats nothing during the day as self punishment and binges at night. This has been going on for years now. She has tried to lose weight but noone noticed and she works 2 jobs so food is her only escape. My dad used to be overweight as a kid but became gym obsessed and now 5 times a week he goes cycling for 4+ hours so he's really skinny despite eating a lot. The problem with him is that he always fat shames my mum and fat shamed me before I developed an ed.

I started developing an ed around early may after getting diarrhea (☠️) which caused my dad to be happy about me. The thing is that, my dad is CLUELESS abt calories. He says that the average weight of a girl my age (teenager average height) is 40kg, like??? He says I should eat 500 cals a day ect... Hes clueless. My mum on the other hand is worried for me, congratulates me when I eat a snack or a fear food and forces me to eat most of the time. She also skinny shames me.

The problem is that my dad is always saying how I shouldn't eat stuff and it's giving me "motivation" to keep getting worse. My mum is making me feel guilty after making me eat fear foods and I end up feeling sad for hours and try to do long fasts. My dad also convinced me that my mum puts too much oil in my food to make me fat, since then I've been paranoid about eating and I eat way less than I used to because I'm scared of oil. Everytime my mum congratulates me on eating normally I feel guilty because 1. I dont feel disordered enough 2. "If she says this is a normal portion then it should be too much, I'll become fat". My relationship with both my parents has been ruined and I feel shitty for getting mad at my mum for trying to help but I'm not really mad at my mum, I'm mad at myself. I dont wanna get help and I appreciate her concern but I genuinely dont wanna get help right now (I know this is stupid of me but please try to understand me.)
