Mimaki CG 60 AR Question

Can someone maybe help put my mind at ease until I can talk to Mimaki Tech Support again tomorrow. I purchased a CG 60 AR in January I got it dialed in to cut stickers using a cutting mat (cricut green) I use a 11x17 sheet of vinyl with a 3mil Self adhesive laminate. Everything had been working fine I could cleanly die cut my stickers at 250g of pressure and kiss cut perfectly at about 150g

All of a sudden the machine stopped cutting all the way through!

First I figured I needed a new blade. I changed the blade and it still did not work! I called Mimaki since the machine is still under warranty ! They said I probably needed to replace the blade holder.

I have done this and it still will not cut all the way through unless I set the pressure to 360-400g this seems awfully high

I have adjusted the blade depth

Calling tech support again tomorrow

Any ideas?
