How do you manage your time as an OE?

I'm amazed with OEs and want to do it as well but with having a full-time job, I can't seem to find time and energy for myself. Let alone another job.

How do you balance being overemployed and have time for other things (hobbies, relationships)?

Do you use things like time blocking and pomodoro timer?
