Anyone else hate these stupid online assessments for jobs?

I just did a NAB online assessment and rage quit. Holy fucking shit. That test was one of the lowest standards I've ever seen in my life. Why the fuck do we do these pointless assessments for these dumbass entry-level jobs? Call me a boomer but I would much prefer being called and getting interviewed than do this nonsensical assessments. And then companies wonder why people aren't applying. If all of the 15 applications didn't require these stupid ass assessments, maybe you would get better suited candidates. I swear these HR firms/departments need to pull their heads out of their asses and start being useful for once. Cunts the whole lot of em
