Credit Help

I am trying to figure out what is the easiest ways and/or most efficient ways to pay down my credit score. I am wanting to save money to move overseas to the UK from the US to live with my GF of 2 years and its hard to do so with my current situation. Any advice is helpful and appreciated. I don't expect everything to be fixed soon, but I just want an idea where I should take everything.

Total Debt as of this post (All Credit Card Debt): A little under $16,500.
Credit score is slightly above 530.
I make around 28k annually.

-Wells Fargo (Oldest)
Card 1. $5,400, max is $5,500. Last payment made 07/23
-Discover:
Card 1. $6,400, max is $6,500. LPM 08/05
Card 2. $880, max is $1,000. LPM 08/05
-Capital One:
Card 1. $2,900, max is $3,000 LPM 08/06
Card 2. $870, max is $2,000. LPM 08/06

I haven't missed a payment on anything, no loans or anything either. No car payments as its all paid off.
