Abusing benzos at 15

I’ve been abusing benzos I’m not sure how to stop or what to do. I’m 15 and I’m pretty sure I’m addicted to benzos, lormetazepam. For weeks straight I’ve been taking black out doses. I’ve completely lost memory of the last month, I’ve stolen shit while blacked out etc. I want to stop. What do I do?
