MARS-H 6.5 CM Models

Looking for the MARS-H 6.5 CM DMR, stainless steel barrel (non-lined), non-extended rail. The two links below have some differing language and MSRP's but list the same SKU. I am trying to gauge if these are the same model or if I'm missing some difference- chrome lined barrel, for example. The V1 tactical listing cites "Long Range" Titan Defense seems to have the correct model name. The V1 listing has a lower MSRP and making me think they're different models, however neither mention any differing features. Does anyone have experience here or can you tell the difference
